If you would like to lock in the current spot price, include it on your invoice. If there is no spot price specified on invoice, we will use current spot price on day your shipment was received.
We will gladly send you an insured shipping label unless
you have a preferred method of shipping.
You ship us the lot - (if we didn’t provide you a shipping
label please let us know the tracking number.)
We will reach out as soon as your lot is received and send you a check and tracking confirmation within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays.)
